Lawn aeration services for your lawn help the soil area breath and absorb water. In Denver’s dry climate, aeration is recommended twice a year, spring and fall to avoid the turf from becoming compacted.
Through proper lawn aeration, you’ll increase the flow of minerals and nutrients to your lawn’s root system, while simultaneously allowing easier water flow to help promote healthy growth all year. The timing in fall is pretty straight forward with fall aeration occurring in late September and all through October.
For your spring aeration, we wait until the ground thaws which is usually no earlier than May 15. This is so the aerator is able to pull plugs from the ground. Too early in spring and the aeration will not be effective.

- 3,000 to 5,000 square feet – $65
- 5,000 to 10,000 square feet – $75
